In December the usual lowest is around 0°see almost everywhere in Germany. Good coat and hot shoes and it's ok.

Ch closest in Switzerland to Italian border Aosta. For Germany, Hessen is around 700 kms from Milano. You should find a club welcoming couples, or look for escort, some are Ok with women.

But you should call them to verify that your GF can also enter, the same question was asked yesterday in the Sharks forum and it seems that women are refused as customer in some clubs.
If you can enter the club you will have no difficulty to find women to go with you and your GF.
