I am getting a very bad vibe from the escorts. Many of them want crazy amounts of money. Does anyone really mess with the escort services in Medellin?

There maybe one or two underground casas, but not public one, in Bello. As for your theory, it is opposite in actuality. These girls do not want to work in their own area because they hide what they are doing. Bello girls and barrio girls go to El Centro and other areas "to work at stores and restaurants."

Have to the pay the club $15 or so exit fee to leave with them right away. And the Centro Clubs girls don't have platinum pussy syndrome. The Fase Dos type upscale type clubs girls tend too but some of them are worth it. I've gotten TLN (all night) from Centro club girls starting at 250 k ($75) and up.

Yes, Laureles and Envigado are better places to stay than Poblado.

I think agencies can be useful on a short stay. If you don't like the centro casas, the costs are not significantly higher. Hopefully the agency does the screening for you so you do not have a problem at the hotel reception. Unlikely to have a theft problem with a girl from a reliable agency where she is making good money. The girl will probably not be a full blown drug addict or at least a discreet one. The agencies probably cater to the business man rather than to sex tourist.

A lot of the escort ads will list the price as $150 or $200, $250, etc. These prices are in Colombian pesos. For example $150=$150 mil pesos, not $150 USD. I avoided online escorts for a long time not realizing that! Maybe its just me.
