A good idea is to put the money in plain sight on a table somewhere and tell her she can have the money after she complies with the agreement.
Ive had very few girls complain and those that will shouldnt be there anyway.

As Arty says, if there is a problem, I put the money in a neutral place, and if the chica is for real, it will be no problem. I do understand that there are some flakes who will try and rip the chicas off by passing fake bills and stuff, so they may want to inspect the money. It's guys like these who make it hard for honest guys.

I had one "independent" that requested the money up front, after all services had been negotiated. I stupidly complied. As soon as she disrobed, she refused to provide a BBBJ, so I told her to get out, and give the money back. She thought I was joking, and wanted to get dressed and leave with the cash.

However, I withheld her clothing, and told her that she could leave with my money, and no clothes, or with clothes, without my money. No violence involved, I just choose not to get taken.

I didn't have the opportunity to hold her clothes and didn't want to spend any time in a Colombian jail, so I rasied a ruckus and let all know she was a thief, but the bottom line is she got the money and did not provide services. I guarantee she will try that with a local one day and he will give her exactly what she deserves.

I will show the money, but it stays in my control until I am satisfied. If she has issues then I didn't interview and negotiate properly and will send them on their way. I know it is a lot easier said than done, but I have a point of reference to remember I pissed I was and also how impotent I was by not wanting to get make a scene with the local police. If I had it happen to me again, I would turn her upside down when/if the cops came, I would give it all as a small propina for their troubles. But I will not pay up front for a independent provider. Just my .02 cents.

I had my share of problems with the tequila rock girls. They are used to dealing with a tourist crowd and gullible folk. Most of the guys who go there have no idea about the lima scene let alone have the heart to branch out so it works in the girls favor.
When you have been there a few times the head sluts have you pinned as a certain type and some will not waste their time with you. I even had girls playing hard to get......hookers playing hard to get??? Any scene with tourists and pfp is a recipe for disaster.
However if you stand your ground are polite and refuse to take any bullshit from the " in crowd" you can always find one or two that will service your needs. She may not be a shakira look alike but I've pulled three out of there that gave me what I needed.

It's quite apparent that TR is NOT for everybody. One day, I'll do a comparison on Help! in Rio vs. LDV in CTG vs. Tequila Rocks in Lima. Just three popular freelance hooker bars that I know very well. The rules are the same, just the talent's understanding of the rules change.

In fact, when you don't understand the Latin culture nor even try to, is when you most likely will experience those "lack of respect" types of problems. You gotta have a backbone. This ain't Asia, nor Brasil, neither Colombia, no matter how some try to relate the similiarities. A lot of these chicks don't have any sort of business sense.

They wouldn't dare try this stuff with locals (Peruvians). Maybe they would require payment upfront before leaving TR from the locals, but WON'T try to take advantage any further. Just ask any local dude. Ask them in the p4p establishments, wherever. They'll tell you what's really up. The chicas reserve this type of treatment for the "gringo bobos." They know you have the money. The goal is to separate you from your money as quickly as possible, with as little work as possible, esp. if you're an idiot.

Generally, these chicks WILL take advantage of you being a pushover. You think you're being nice and treating them with respect. Fine, great, I have zero problems doing that as well. However, if the word "no" is not a part of your conversation, no matter how hot or big-breasted the chick might be, these working chicks will TRY to get money upfront. It's up to you on how you handle the matter from there.

Me, I've done approx. 20+ chicas from Tequila Rocks over the years. I've had maybe 3 issues.

One was related to a chick trying to change the terms agreed to in TR, once we arrived in the hotel. I had already shown her the money in my wallet, as I always do. She knew I had it. She then wanted to leave after 2 hours. So, the game comes out of her. I put my clothes back on, before doing anything, and told her to do the same. I gave her 10 soles towards a taxi or for her admission back into TR. Told her take it or leave it. She chose to get belligerent. Called hotel security to boot her from the hotel. I passed her on my way back to TR, she's crying, I told her, next time, maybe she should try to treat anyone who wants to pay her for her time and pussy with respect or else she'll end up on the street again. I just left her in the street and headed back into TR. The guards asked me what happened. Told her the girl tried to change the deal in the hotel room. The bartender gave me a free drink for the ordeal. When she sees me in TR to this day, she goes out of her way to say hello. She's already apologized.

Another chick, probably a 9 in looks on anyone's scale, short Asian chick with curves forever that I've known in passing, got to the hotel and immediately demanded more money than agreed in TR. No need to take my shoes off. I let her use the bathroom, then as soon as she came out, the door was opened and I told her to get out. She closed the door and began the pleading and begging crap. I showed her the money that we agreed to in TR (200 soles for TLN). She kept pushing for more (250 soles). I had the money, but the principle was more important. She starts the crying crap. I reopened the door and told her security would be called if she didn't leave. I gave her 20 soles for re-entrance into TR or a taxi home. On the way out, she called me cheap, stingy, etc. I called her a crying broke puta and headed back to TR. Same deal with the bouncers and the bartender. Grabbed another chick later that night for 180 soles for TLN. Told her the issue with the other girl and she promised not to cause me any problems. She stayed until after lunchtime.

I forget the circumstances of the 3rd chica. Needless to say, I know or knew many of the chicas in TR. The hardcore ones stopped trying to test me with the gringo bobo shit. Once they realized that it wouldn't work, we became pretty cool. Recommending chicas or warning me from certain ones.

NOTE: Each time that I had an issue, I tipped the hotel security 10-20 soles if he needed to diffuse the situation. I speak Spanish, so I could do it myself, but I preferred him doing it, esp. if it got physical.

NOTE2: I always tip the bartenders at TR pretty decently. For that, they treat me well and provide me great service.

NOTE3: Non-pros are very easy as well, many free of charge. Some may want to stick to them.

it was my 5th time in lima and my 2nd time at tr. i should have known not to go back, but i arrived in lima too late for any of my non-pros to come out plus it was a holiday. so i decided to give it another shot. the first time i was there i left with a girl and she was hungry so she wanted to stop at the little spot right across. the dine-in part was closed up but the lady let us in. she ordered rice and whatever and she was being all lovey dovey trying to feed me but i did not want any. then the bill came and it was 15 soles. she thought i was going to pay for it. i told her the only thing i was going to pay for was the pussy. she got mad and i told her goodbye (or did she tell me goodbye? ) i have already written about my experience there the other night.

at 1pm the receptionist came but we just hung out in parque kennedy. then at 3pm the photojournalist came. before she left she walked with me so i could get something to eat. when i finished i waited with her so she could get a taxi, then i started walking toward the hotel. right when i was about to cross the street to the hotel i heard someone yelling my name from afar. it was the mother of 3 kids with the smoking body. i forgot that i was supposed to hook up with her at 5. it was 6: 30 then. she said that she had waited at mcdonalds for me but she must have had the meeting location confused because i didn't show up there. so she walked around the park and finally decided to call the number that i called her from. the hotel told her where they were located and she started walking there. that is when she saw me.

she was hungry so we went and ordered a personal pizza for her. the waitress brought it to the table, but i knew that i had someone else coming soon so i told her to make it to-go. we got back to the room but she didn't have a chance to open the box, because i had other things in mind. i had already told her that i had to leave for the airport at 9. so at 8: 30 i pretended to pack my bag, but it was actually her who i sent packing; pizza and all. at 9: 30 the teacher showed up. we walked up to parque kennedy (where i know people were tired of seeing me with a different chick every hour) and walked around and talked for about 30 minutes. then we went back to the room for adult fun. 11: 15 came and she was saying how her dad was going to kill her and she had to go. imagine that, a 23-year old who is afraid of their dad. but i know it's more of a cultural issue. a friend of mine was due to arrive in lima within minutes so i figured that i would wait for him to check into the hotel and we could go out together. that plan didn't work though. i was so exhausted that i passed out like a drunk on nickel beer night.

i woke the next morning to the phone ringing. it was 8: 58 am. the pharmacist/psycologist was downstairs in the lobby. i told her to come up. she sat in the chair and i stayed in the bed. i was telling her that i could not believe she did not have a boyfriend. she said that when girls like her reach a professional level they can not find boyfriends because they want someone on the same level and those guys always go for younger girls (18-20). she said that all her friends were single. an orthodontist, an obstetrician, a dentist, and two more girls who i can't remember what the hell their jobs are.

she was clear that she wanted a friend and i countered that i was looking for a girlfriend and did not want to have 1000 friends so she should introduce me to her friends and maybe i could scrape up a girlfriend between one of them. she agreed.

(it was in the drawer with my other dirty clothes.) eventually she said that she didn't think it was me who was with that girl. she said that the person was a little bigger than me. shit, what school did she do her psychology studies at? i only took one course in high school and was able to psych someone with a degree in it?

she said that if i was not getting out of the bed that she was going to leave and go work on the pharmacy that she is opening in her house. i didn't want her to get away so fast so i got up and took a shower. we walked down to the restaurants but pretty much the only place open was one that was serving pizza. eveyone else around us were enjoying beers at 10: 30 in the morning. we both looked down on that. while we waited for the pizza we talked. she asked me what was the difference between a friend and a girlfriend anyway. i got up, kissed her in the mouth, then said, "you can't do that with a friend. " then she went into this thing how she wanted me for herself and she was not going to introduce me to her friends. i'm like fuck man. but i guess a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

she was going to take me to jesus maria (i think that is where she said. i'm not that familiar with the lima neighborhoods) to the manicurist, but as we walked around miraflores we saw one that would do. we got our nails done then went back to the hotel. she had the fancy french deal. she was supposed to meet with her dad, who is a doctor, at 2: 00 to go buy the things for the pharmacy. it was 1: 15 then. when we got into the room she was all over me like a spider monkey. when all was said and done she noticed that her manicure was ruined because the white tips had not yet dried. her dad started ringing her cell phone and asked her why she was not at the house like she was supposed to be. she made up some lie. by then she was getting on my nerves by asking the same questions 1000 times. i told her that i hate it when people do that. i kept telling her that she better not keep her dad waiting, but she wanted to stay with me really bad. i finally got rid of her so i could keep my appointment with the one who came from 2 hours away.

I think you pretty much summed it up. I am pretty sure every girl in there has been a overnight guest at the Penthouse and out of the couple hundred guys who have stayed here nary a one has had a problem. Now guys and their GF's,thats another story (Right Polvo?) but I digress. I should clarify that only about 60-70% would call it a "gfe" experience and repeat more than once in the same week. So do I stand on the corner all day and try to sell hot dogs for $5 each and sell only one to a gullible tourist or do I lower my price to $2. 50 and sell 10 in the same amount of time? Some money is better than no money. But without the business sense they fail to understand that. I had a girl in DR like that. She was talking about the baby's milk costing 1200 pesos or something. I said well if you take this 900 you will be only 300 short. Or would you rather go home with 0 and still be 1200 short? She was about 19 and not stuck in her ways so the idea went over well with her. But these days many of them at Help in Rio, TR in Lima, or Nana in Bangkok are not trying to hear that. They are stuck on some outrageous figure. The same in Tequila Rock. I watched girls sit there all night spending money on drinks after they had paid to get in. They left with nobody because they are afraid to lower their prices. So their ended up in the red by spending money and making none.

As for the lack of respect, everything in Latin America revolves around relationships. Living there, those girls should understand that. However, many would rather destroy bridges than build them.

HH - I have been to Help several times. In my view the differences are scale, that Help is a better environment and the overall quality is better. But the last thing in either place is to get wasted and then start negotiating - like I did - but overall think the final experience is much the same. I also agree with LB that grease works wonders! All in all beware the hardcore - watch the eyes!! Be respectful and "talk" man - not macho asshole - but the confident boss!!

Aizcorbe informed that his administration will also step up efforts to close down the districts numerous clandestine brothels.

In an interview with Peru's RPP Radio, the mayor manifested that over 50 brothels have been identified thanks to the support of the Peruvian National Police's Green Squadron.

I was told that las cucardas is legal pays taxes and girls get check- ups. The problem with these countries is things change on the drop of a dime. I was even looking forward to my next trip for an even longer stay.
The world is getting alot more conservative due to the tragedys we've witnessed in the past years. You have to admit there is some pretty ill stuff going around so a move towards a more conservative society makes people feel safer in the short term.
