yes the consequence would be that you could be accused of being with **** girls even when the girl is a sister to your girlfriend, in reality a family member. i believe that could happen. it was actually the police that said they would have put me in jail if she had been ****, and it wasn't before they had seen her id card that they accepted her age.

i understand what you mean that sometimes it can be appropriate to "fight for your right" so to speak. anyone having a long experience with a country would probably not have any problem to find the best kind of action in situations like that. it is much worse when you don't know the culture.

whatever way i choose in case it would happen, i think it is good to have some kind of thought thru action plan. one dangerous thing in a situation like that is to get scared, then anything can happen. anyone that looks and are scared is easy prey.

But I would like to add this; I would say that I am privileged enough to have been perceived in my home country as "handsome" and I still don’t have much difficulty in attracting women in my age (I am a bit over 40) and maybe some ten years younger. But after a short trip to Kenya I got a real boost to my self confidence… : )

The big difference is that in Kenya it's good-looking girls around 22-25 that quite obviously think I am attractive. That's a whole new ballgame. I have experienced something small in that direction in Thailand but it can't in anyway be compared to Kenya.

I believe that guys visiting this forum that don't perceive themselves as "handsome" or "young enough" etc, and hasn't been to Kenya yet, will have a very nice surprise!

In west the ideal for women is that the guy should not be more than 5 maybe 10 years older. If he is really rich and/or famous, it's of course other rules, than he can attract girls that are 20 or more years younger and they can actually think he is attractive. When you go to Kenya it's like being that kind of celebrity. It is of course better to be a good looking celebrity than the opposite, but being any kind of celebrity is really good enough! (Think Hugh Hefner!).

As age and physical look is not so easy to change, focus on appearance and charisma. I noted for example that girls really observe the clothes I was wearing. If you want to charm someone - don’t wear a washed out T-shirt… If you are "old", compensate that with a little bit more charm than the "young" guys and you will probably be on pair.

If you really lack all sorts of charm and is the total catastrophe when it comes to chat up a lady, the best university is around the corner! I can't think of a better place to practising things like that then Kenya as you never run the risk of being flushed down the toilet as in the way it can happen in the west. They will almost always appreciate your efforts, and, if you fail miserably, you will meet a new good looking stunner, interested to hear what you have to say, within minutes or hours rather than days, weeks, months or years.

Yes, if they find you attractive - sky is the limit! But, WHAT they find attractive is, in my experience, not the same as women in the west. And the best thing with Kenya is that the women really show IF they appreciate you. In west it's a lot of hide-and-seek-games, not so in Kenya.

Girls at the beach

Another question; do anyone know if it is normal just seeing three (3) girls at the beach in front of Bamburi Beach for a whole week??? I had really hoped it would be tones of easy-to-pick-up-girls at the beach…was really disappointed.

I was never at Big Tree during the day. What is it like there? Is it a lot of girls or just a few, or? Are they easy to pick-up?

I think that they can sense tourist that are not self-confidences and use it.

If you are friendly, knows your way in life, and not hanging in Matatus with teens tied with handcuffs you are on the self side.

Welcome to the forum, as a member, that is. Madhouse is always cooking midnight - 06:00am seven days a week. You may want to start your evening off at Annie Oaklies, get yourself a ride for several hours. Do not take her to Madhouse later on as you will regret this when you catch a eyeful of the cuties in Madhouse. Do not pay anything more than 2000kes for her services. You may want to treat her to a snack on the lower floor before leaving with your honey.

I have stayed at numerous hotels and would suggest the Meridian court. Book a double. I will again stay at Terminal on my next trip by the way. The issue of race i would suggest is a non issue. In Mombasa i feel like a playboy, in any day i take as much girls as i want in any random place for free. In my country i can not do it.

But in life nothing is perfect i am not sure that the black girls from mombasa can attract me beyond y and sex and good mood.

You are absolutely right. I have not been to Kenya, but I have visited Ghana several times.

I love Africa and its women, but at the end of the day I would never consider a serious relationship or marriage.

As you say, the cultural differences are huge and I have also tried to discuss serious matters with them, such as current world events, business related stuff, academic stuff and I get silly answers.

However, if you appreciate the simple things in life, Africa is a great place:)

I'm afraid that you are in for a rude awakening in the former Soviet Union. Sure, the girls will be better educated, cultured and able to carry a conversation. But they are also much more mercenary -- at prices that are shocking for an old Africa hand. And the moment you take them out of homeland, they are likely to milk you dry, you rich inostranets.
