As long as you book a double bed room, definitely allow to bring one more person to stay. Different hotel having their own system, just need to know whether they serve local or not. As for guesthouse, need more caution, since some guesthouses are family-run, not girl friendly type.

You need to define your LT here, some place LT can be 12 hours ( Corona, price starting at 400kRp according to forum member ), some 8 hours ( FL in disco accompany you for overnight only, staring 300kRp also according to forum )
This is a subjective question, depending your luck, charm, taste and budget of course. Some forum member got free from disco or restaurant ( but still need to pay for daily expenses ), some paying non-premium price starting 200kRp, some paying premium price around 300kPh to 500kRp.
3) Any good place to pick up girls for LT?
So far I know is Corona, check out the member - That Asshole, he submitted a very detail report about Jogya and Solo n the previous posting, even picture and map provided! Personnely, if go to Corona, I will look for ST, since most of my day time will busy exploring Jogya. Or FL hunting in discos during night only.
4) Is CIM a norm in Indonesia?
As I mentioned depend your luck, skill of negotiation and persuasion. Money always ring the bell, just don't over spend.

My finding from others:
Solo:
After staying 2 month in Solo and back to Malaysia to rest for a week, what I can suggest to you all buddy is, Solo is easy to get hunting for the gal you like. We no need to really ask for someone phone number to get the price or the girl, or find from Internet where can have the "fun place".
Well, you can get the "service" from saloon or tradiotional "urut badan". This 2 place oways can provide those "service" that we look for. For myself example, I go for the traditional "urut badan", it cost RB20000, and if you want, you can get the price most likely to RB75000. But, it depend the gal you interest in, like their age, look. Mantiri for example is the place that other members mention, RB50000 for massage, but inside if you want get fun, then you need to pay the basic massage price + services, so, rougly about RB300000 only get a gal.
Saloon, is another place we can get hand job or more, depend how smart and how rich we going to spend on it. Basic washing hair price is RB15000-RB20000, plus other fees, rougly RB60000 to have HB and simple fun or pay more get more.
The funny thing the salon that offer extra service usually called as "salon krei ijo" or salon with green windows shield.
They offer cuthair, blow hair just for formality after that they ask you if want extra service.
Part 2:
For salon ++ go to Sarkem Area.
For freelancers, call Mr Jayuz [the Pimp] at 081329646312, ask him to deliver several girls for your selection, the Damage Cost is +/- Rp. 300K. , all in for ST [3 hours] or Rp. 750K all in for LT.
For girls behind "aquarium", go to Kempling Enterprise, ask any taxi driver to take you there, the Damage Cost is Rp. 300K for ST and Rp. 750K for Lt. The place is located around Kalitan, off Jl Slamet Riyadi, on a sidestreet.
Another Pimp is DANY at 081329318971, he runs a place around Jl. Slamet Riadi, got a very good collections of very nice girls, only hotel delivery, the Damage Cost is Rp. 200 to Rp. 300K for ST and Rp. 750K for LT.
Jogyakarta:
The nice "aquarium" place is SANGGAR JANTI (telp 0274 487 774), located at jalan Laksda Adisucipto KM6, Gg. Pusara 2A, Jogyakarta.
The Pimps are:

the memories are still fresh in in mind after 1.5 years. the place is lovely and the girls can be better, not that i have any complain about them.
yogja is indonesia education hub, where there are many universitas and education training centres situated at. it is no surprise if one hooks up with a free-lancing student.
i am sure hugo cafe is still big in the list- whee many fl and wl ply their business..:) along jalan solo there are many night spots too, and perhaps its possible to pick up fls at those establishments.
papillion disco is a good place too; fl and wl normally stream in after 11pm to hunt for "job"...i think cause due to lack of decent disco in this town, traveller tends to visit this disco from recommendation of hotels and locals.
most girls have own transports: so they will hop from cafe to cafe each night, if they fail to get business in the first cafe/disco, they will move on to others, and may eventually back to the first one. as a rule of thumb, any nightspot which imposes cover charges will have lower fl/wl traffic.
papillion opens till the wee hour (3-4am??) so if you go at 3am i am sure you will find some poor souls who have no business yet...:d
as for indonesian gals giving cim, i had my first cim and swallow (yippee!!) in indonesia...so its safe to say some indon gals will suck you dry. the gal i had in yogya sucked me without any reservation, and that was a bj which is in my top-5 list. that makes me think about her a lot...lol.

I've had several opportunities over the last few years to spend a couple weeks at the Quality Hotel Yogyakarta, now called the Grand Quality Hotel ([url]http://www.grandqualityjogja.com/services.php[/url]). While there's a lot to like about the hotel, the WarM Spa in their basement level is an outstanding source of high quality massages, especially any massage in combination with a "lulur" body scrub. I never failed to leave quite happy, and the staff really know their business. On my last stay I found the Spa so satisfying that I never actually got around to visiting any of the usual places. The price of my favorite combo was IDR 258,000 and I'm a pretty generous tipper, so bear that in mind in case YMMV. If you like, you could mention that your friend "Mr. Johnny" recommended the place--but act like a gentleman!
Has anyone anything to say about Balikpapan?
My boss wants to send me there for a 3 week mission and I'd like to know about the hot spots over there to avoid remaining alone in my hotel room every night.
