I just read that 80,000 women flock to Jamaica every year for sex tourism, it is called "Rent a Rasta". I doubt that that many men go to the DR for carnal delights. We are being out done by our women!

Just think of all the money we could save if we all met halfway, say in Florida. :)
See travel announcement section, returning to Sosua / Cabarette on April 15 staying until the 23rd. Looking for others into surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, and swimming besides chica activities. Send a PM if your interested. I will have a rental car.
Has the Premium Bar directly across the street from Rumbas re-opened or is it still shutdown?

Back in 76 when I started my mongering trips Rastas were doing German and American girls while I was doing their women in more than a few occasions with very little money involved. Back then Negril was a paradise. By 81,the German and Canadian tourism had destroyed the charm.

There were two middle aged american women (1 BBW and other one in good shape) and 1 skinny canadian woman in the same building. They were doing very well with a different young dominican guy every day.
Us old goats chasing young pussy is no difference.

Hey guys,
It is very important not to get too drunk and to be very vigilant while on the strip at night. I was in Sosua from March 16th-March 21. On March 19th (which was a Thursday Night) I was in front of Rumbas hanging out and watching the sexy chicas as they passed by. I was not there a good 10 minutes before I heard a girl scream. I looked her way and notice she was screaming because this Dominican guy pulled a pistol out of his pocket and pointed towards this other Dominican guy as they was arguing. I thought for sure I was going to witness a murder first hand. So as he stood there pointing his weapon and continued arguing with this guy, I walked into Rumbas as quickly as I could to get away from the situation. As you might imagine, the chicas in Rumbas (which was packed) started running to the action as I was getting away from it. Fortunately, what ever it was did not last no more than five or ten minutes because I notice that area thinned out pretty quickly. Probably because they saw the policia coming. Just keep in mind you don't have to be involved in a situation in order to pay the ultimate price. Moreover, just stepping off the curb unto the streets can be very dangerous. So again be very vigilant as you enjoy paradise!

But you do have to keep an eye out for potential trouble.
I will be arriving with several friends in a couple of weeks and looking for a driver with a van for day trips airport etc. If anybody has a telephone number of a reliable driver with a van please PM me. Thanks in advance.
I have been to Sosua about 7 times and have never needed a car. Sosua itself is walkable. In 10 minutes you can be almost any where you want in Sosua. If you use cabs and publicos you should be able to get any where you want inexpensively.

Because we will be 5 guys. I would rather make a rapport with a steady driver and have a van and fair prices at our disposal during the length of our stay. We will be going to Cabarete several times, maybe a trip to Blackbeards or FOD, and 2 Airport trips. That's reason enough.

I do not confine myself to Sosua mongering. Never sat on the back of a sweaty smelly guy, s back. Some of the cabs are beat up and you will have a problem if it conks.
With the freedom of your personal car you can go anywhere. If you are used to major cities driving in US you should be fine. I go to cabarets discos, puerto plata bars, BB etc. Even when I park in Sosua I tip the guy there 50 pesos and he makes sure the car is fine. I have picked up chicks on the road, have stopped by local watering holes. You will be surprised how friendly local guy, s are. One lady even suggested me taking her daughter.
If you are into sightseeing nicer to have a car. Take some chicks with you. I have done this in Costa Rica as well with visits Arenal, rain forest tour etc. Have even gone to Chicas houses in DR.
