I am in AC with a wingman, for a short stay. I visit this place about every other year on the average.
It looked the same to me, except for the presence of more Korean mongers. They were everywhere. What's more, they tend to show up at club opening time, and barfine all the eye candy girls. By the time it was my turn, there was mostly second tier left, not fair.
On top of that, I got stung again by the LD ripoff. I tried to take my precaution and would ask a staff member about potential girls to barfine. I specifically ask whether "boom boom" is on the menu. This time, the server said yes, but 2 LDs later, the girl recommended by the server was all of a sudden on mens. The server tried to push another girl on me, but I was done. I took off and went to another club, where I barfined a nice spinner.
The clubs appeared rather slow and the girls looked bored on stage. We visited a couple of clubs, managed by Koreans, and we were welcomed in those clubs. Planning to visit Manila tomorrow, and hoping for a better time.

Last time they were out of wings on a Friday evening and I had to get some bullshit that I wish not to remember. I don't worry about most of the women. All it takes is 1.

It's been just over a year since my last trip but I have found two good places to eat and every time I've been, they've been consistent. As you mentioned, Angels Caf for breakfast and Puzzles for dinner. I haven't experienced a bad meal at either place yet.
