I remember when I was in 8th class, early months of 13 years that I got to know about masturbation and how use of soap and oil will give you almost similar feeling of sex. And I kid you not, for 2 years I'd almost masturbate 2-3 times every day, what to say, was super horny kid thanks to early exposure to porn.
I masturbated frequently for my entire teenage but it decreased from every day to 3-5 times a week or just once a week. Some times I used to refrain for a couple of weeks or a month only ending up doing 3 times within 1 HR as well. Then I started another extensive research on what can cause PME and came across this theory which goes like, we often masturbate in our closed rooms with having a mental pressure of being caught by our siblings or parents which makes us subconsciously try to cum faster and also train our penis nerves to the rigorous movement of our hands which creates a muscle memory that ends up making us cum faster.
I can vouch for the muscle memory thing, this is used by bodybuilders and martial artists, they condition their body by hitting their muscle nerves so that they can endure harder pains.
EUREKA! I realized, over the course of my teenage, I've trained my dick to ejaculate within 10-15 seconds. The fear of my siblings or parents banging on my locked door or bathroom door was always there, and it was true that I always rushed the masturbation to make sure no one suspected me. There by creating a muscle memory to my penis and subconsciously teaching my dick to cum faster.
Once I identified the cause of this problem, the next step was to cure it. The obvious way was to reverse the muscle memory that I created by subconsciously training my mind to last longer, re-enact the same conditions of having real sex and try to last longer. The theory proposed it this way, a super squishy and slow movement with hot oil. Logically speaking, I've spent 6 years to develop PME so it's only fair I'd have to spend 6 years reversing it. Or just have a super horny girlfriend or wife willing to do the slow start and stop method bareback, otherwise you'll need to spend good bucks like me on WGs and use cover.

To reverse it, have squishy and slow movement with hot oil when you masturbate.
Always try to last longer while masturbating.
Practice it with a partner by doing start and stop.
Stop fantasizing and reduce your carnal desires to decrease getting over excited.
Things to do to last longer;.
1. Masturbate before having the session.
2. Increase the amount of times you have sex every week and train by start and stop method.
3. Train your MRP I. E to get hard as fast as you can after the first shot.

So here's what I plan on doing based on your and Sadbyz's advice. Please do let me know if I am missing something or going to do anything wrong.
1. Stop watching PORN and excessive masturbation (stopping Porn seems a bit difficult to but I know I will have to do it.)
2. Start doing relaxing PF exercises and Reverse kegel exercises (I think youtbe should be able to help me with what are reverse kegel exercises actually).
3. Masturbating less number of times with complete cool mind and by a slow process with applying warm oil.
4. Doing start and stop exercises with partner (I don't have a GF so looks like I will have to shred good amount of money, nevertheless it is worth it).
5. Doing the acts with complete peace of mind and with no pressure or anxiety.
The points 4 and 5 will take time due to current situation and I believe this process of healing will also take some time.
