Many assholes in the society don't understand our situation. They'll ask us to wait for the right girl. Intact, I tried to hit girls, you know it is really tough. The girls are like complicated super computers. We can never understand them.

In fact tried at the age of 25 for the first time. After a pathetic first experience, I was so guilt ridden and was in bad phase of my life. But, it taught me many most important lessons of life.

You might get the same guilt after your first experience. Don't get worried it is normal because we have that orthodox teachings in our head, that's why.

Being in my footsteps, I know how you feel.

I can give you some tips.

1. First start with MPs. Try to talk with the therapist. So, it might get out rid of the fear of talking with girls. Some therapists are really friendly.

2. Keep some limit. Like, once in two or three months. After your first experience, you may crave and chance of getting out of your mind. So, always keep your Johnny in control.

3. Also sometimes, MP encounters may get into next level like FS. So, be controlled at the situation. Don't let your mind out of control. You can try that after you are confident enough with protection.

4. Choose clean places. Avoid using MPs towel while cleaning the private parts after the deed. Carry your own towels or kerchief only to clean that area.

5. Try to crack the spa name and location in the spa forum if you don't have membership. If you have, ask seniors for the contacts.

6. Avoid trying apps at initial phase.

8. Because of this sudden lockdown, the contacts might be lost or can't be traced. So wait for some time for the seniors to post some of their experiences in the forum.

7. And finally just wait for some days till this COVID dips. Get yourself vaccinated if possible. The encounters in MPs are very close.

If your personality is prone to be affected by guilt please keep out of the habit as it will surely take over your mental balance. 23 is not too young. There are different kind of people on this site who monger and for different reasons. There are some who are married with kids and doing this only as a fun thing on the side (and no harm done at the end of the day). Then there are guys like yourself who are inexperienced with women and use this as a stepping stone (so did I). Sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil acts as dilating blood vessels and Johnny. Same time it dilates blood vessel and lungs. So people already using any vasodilator please avoid. And for normal people also it can trigger severe headache. So be cautious.

Dapoxetin in other hand is an anti depressants. Long term intake will lead to mood swings.

While on these tablets one of the common side effects is delayed orgasm (one may last 10 x longer) which is felt after 1st dose itself although its actual antidepressant effects kicks in after 2 weeks. But there're other side effects e. G. Headache, insomnia, weird dreams etc. So take carefully.
