FB uses a facial recognition algorithm and what will happen is frends suggestions will come across your normal life meaning your regular friends on your other or real identity. You have to make a decision. Chose the monger life or a straight life in FB. In the hacking world, its called contamination, if you go just once and only once, you have now breached your anonymity. Another example if your face has been tagged you can forget about it. One more advice, for all you who added your phone number to FB, well, that is being shared on an algorithm as well.
