Who stated anything about over paying women????
Amen
Do I really need to show off to pay Senorita Piper too Pipe?
I rather be Cheap Charlies then the tonto Gringo who will show off by paying three time what the locals would pay.
Does one think they are really repected for the $$ passed out. Cheap Charlie is respected more as long as he respects who you are macking.
Shell out the bucks but all you will get is laid not respected. Gringo in Colombia mean Green $$$$ and when you go they will not care; you go leave the green behind.
You are missing the point of what started this discussion totally. It had NOTHING to do with the paying of women. The discussion started on the cost of paying to stay at the Cali Plaza Hotel. I made a post stating I have no problem paying one hundred dollars a night for this place, as I get a nice apartment, and all the amenities of a nice hotel. These types of amenities are important to me. I was then asked by MGJ Dogs my definition of a cheap charlie. I provided my definition, but again it had nothing to do with paying for the cost of pussy. You might want to take the time to read and understand the previous posts before entering into the discussion, so you know what the discussion is about.
I wear shorts during the day
I wear them and never had any comments made. Maybe it is because I can speak the language and I am physically in shape. I always wear pants in the evening. During the day I am in shorts. I used to worry about that until one of my novias told me I should wear them because some of the young people are doing so there. Then again she liked my legs (LOL)
I have a question for the Cali regulars. Do Caleņos wear shorts? I've been to Bogota, but its climate isn't exactly "shorts" weather. Obviously, nice jeans or slacks and a collared shirt are appropriate for nightclubs and restaurants, but what about during the day? Cali is a hot city and I would prefer not to be uncomfortable during the day. Prior to a trip to BA, I read that men don't wear shorts in Argentina. After burning up in the 90 degree heat for 7 days in the heart of summer in long pants while the Porteņo after Porteņo walked by in shorts, I learned not to believe what I read on general travel websites.
Thanks
Is the Raddison in Cali a chica friendly hotel?
Is the Radisson in Cali a chica friendly hotel?
I brought it up if anyone stayed there lately. Someone second the question and it ignited. I have stayed at the Intercontinental Cali and the Raddison but I want to be near ave sexta for a change. That and I like staying in Hotels over apartments because the "oppurtunities" that present themselves from time to time. "Cheap Charlie"No Dogs your not one. I have met a few on my journeys though. But thats a whole different catagory; we can go on for weeks. LOL
