I think I have the below symptoms which can be categorised as ED! Wanted to know from fellow bretheren what techniques / medication they have taken to avoid this.

* I get erection when I watch porn, no issues with it. I significantly reduced the number of times I watch porn, now probably I watch once a week max.

* But when I go to the bird, am not able to maintain the erection. I can feel the throbbing in my penis but I cannot get it strong and erect. I get erection, but it won't stay for even a min.

* I don't have this problem when I am doing with my partner surprisingly, sex happens and I can stay erect for 4-5 minutes probably.

* Am not sure if its the anxiety or fear of failure that is causing it when I am going to see a bird.
