Jason,
I share your feelings and frustrations but we should have a bit more patience. From what I can read, it will reopen and they have used this time to renovate the club. It has been a long and stressful year for everyone, but we are still standing and the vaccinations will bring us back to normality soon! If European countries manage to vaccinate most of the over 50 by mid July, I believe they will reopen everything. In the meantime, keep healthy, save money and prepare for the big return in our favorite bathrobes!
When Hessen didn't open on September, when NRW did, do you really think they will reopen before elections after Summer? When now lengthening strict lockdown until 18 April, when Germany is now under UK mutant. I m not sure it would be so good to be elected. I afraid not much German brothels on this year. More probably in Switzerland or Austria.
Well, Jessica is available even if Sharks isn't...
I was just wondering if you or anyone has further information on what exactly the renovation work has involved?
Several months ago I posted on here that a friend told me he understood that there has been / going to be new carpets downstairs in the bar area and creating more rooms by altering the cave rooms upstairs. Whether this meant demolishing them I don't know.
Also he said they doing work to the rooms in the old cinema which suddenly made me think that despite numerous visits to Sharks I had never used those rooms as the ladies I've taken always thought they were "below standard" for them to work in.
Unfortunately I've lost touch with my friend to confirm the info so maybe other posters have better sources than myself?
No I don't have further news, but someone who's been in Darmstadt lately for work told me he saw some building material outside Sharks. I know Sharks managers were thinking of acquiring the car dealer next door, which is no longer there BTW, to make it into a sort of Sharks hotel for guests, but I don't know if that is what the works are for.

If you don't open up by end of summer or something like that, things can get very ugly in terms of jobs losses and economic crisis.

Beloved Angela fell on recent elections in Saarland and Rhein Palatine, because of covid and lack of vaccine, even thinking about sputnik V. Bavarian who seems to be one of the favorite for after Angela, wanted to close border with Tirol under UK mutant. When so many deaths and strict lockdown since Christmas, do you really think one will take risk to open brothels, thinking it could be good to be elected? Do you think Germans will think this is safe to open brothels attracting foreigners from all over the world? When Germany was big brothel of Western Europe. Which employment? When most of clubs staff are foreigners and most WGs are Romanian or Bulgarian, brothels not even paying real tax and same for girls of course. I may mistake, but when UK mutant is killing so many, lack of vaccine in EU, and to get safe behavior to be elected when Germans like safety, I really doubt for reopening before elections and even just after, I think more when heat will return on 2022, heat being best vaccine versus this killer virus, but I don't know for mutants when I see in Brazil.
It's very sad when you read comments like this, I really pity him.
Glad to see so many who can see the girls outside of the prostitute monolith and all of the stereotypes attached to it. It's a job that takes as much skill as many other customer service jobs. The fact that so many come from disadvantaged societies might make one withhold a bit of criticism, but apparently he does not see looking down on people with less means as a personal character flaw. I see that trait in my peers, but seeing someone who has lived so many more years retain this attitude is disappointing. Most people who live into their golden years attain a much kinder view on humanity.
That being said, be careful as some of these ho's will take you for everything you're worth!

What better bump for a government to open a few weeks before the election.
This scenario is playing out in Israel. Netanyahu can say "forget about all the corruption stuff, look at the covid situation in Israel compared to other countries".
-
Denmark also said they will open 'everything' once 50+ have been vaccinated. Obviously with vaccine passports etc but the need to open is there.
I'm afraid Germany will be last because there's a streak of hysteria in their population at times. Look at what happened after Fukushima for example. Merkel is also not much of a leader and is slow at making decisions. Their current debacle with lockdown over Easter is because they can't make up their mind.
