So they make the policy stricter, e.g, even when booked for two, the people cannot change. Or that joiner cannot change more than once per day, nobody under 20 allowed, etc.
PS. Seeing that people makes a point about fees but can't bother sharing anything else, I think I'm done posting here too.

My last trip to Phuket in March, I was impressed with the MPs on Rat-U-Thit Road. I'm getting a trip to this island somewhere in Feb 2012 and planning for a stay at Patong Beach area. Since you all are considered foreign. 'local' in Phuket, I would like to seek for your guide in helping me out here.
I'm looking for a hotel that has all the below:
- glass / see-through bathroom with bed facing it.
- Free WIFI.
- No Joiner Fee.
- Not far or walking distance to the Soi's areas / Tiger Club / Hollywood.
- Not so noisy (if possible)
On what I read (on posts from mid 2010-current) , seems that if I want pleasant / hot chicks in Tiger / Hollywood, best advisable to go after 12am. Am I right? As on what I read too, not only the best choice will be at that particular time, also, the price is looking somewhere around 1500-2500 BH for LT.
By the way, is 26th Feb 2012 onwards consider Peak Season?

Some of the Phuket go go bars are unethical "legal" rip-off bars; they charge you way too much for the first drink; people don't read the fine print; I believe you can't complain to the tourist police because the prices are posted.

The best deals and GFE's can be found in those areas from my experience.

Don't make any reservation or if you do, don't deposit a penny. Get in town, throw all your stuff in a decent guesthouse, rent a motorbike. I would recommend mine that would give you both services for cheap.
With patience spend one or two hours exploring the hotels / resort near Bangla Road. Until you find your ideal place, your ass is covered anyway.
Then about doing the thing, yes Feb. Is high season but don't be worried too much about that. Rule #1 in Thailand there's is always more pussy than cock. So unlike other places.
Show up at Hollywood at the time you please. Early bird or late comer any time is good depending on how you feel. Personally I never show up before 3 am but that's only because I've a reputation to defend. If you got game you can have hot girls for 1,000 multiple pops. There are so many girls that don't even like to mention money. And there are many that are stuck up biatches. Please reward the latter with a laugh and move on. Good luck (You won't need much).

I hardly go vacation, especially ALONE, so this is going to be my virgin trip.
By the way, is it an "understandable rules" to pay those birds at the end of the fun-time (next morning)?
