- I paid 3600THB per night, a slightly bigger type of room, bfast included, taxes included.

- location is excellent: Annie's Massage literally 15 steps away from the hotel door (yes, I did count the steps) and Nana, Beergarden etc only a few minutes walk away.
- IMHO the hotel is not very Majestic or Grande (I mean it's not a very big hotel actually) but nicely maintained, good service.

- room was rather spacious, design not quite my taste but it has all you could need. And it's clean & tidy. The only downside was the smell that hit me when I opened the door for the first time. It came from the bathroom so better keep the bathroom door closed...and maybe call a plumber?

- excellent breakfast in my opinion

- pool looked small, but I never tested that nor the gym room (yeah I had my sports gear with me but surprisingly ended up doing the kind of physical exercises that are best implemented with no clothes on).

Anyway, as my intention is not to write a hotel review but more like a pussy review, let's cut the crap and continue.

After changing clothes and having a couple of beers from the minibar, I decided to start executing my plan. As I was pretty tired, my plan was to get a beer or two in some bar at Nana's ground floor, then head for one of the go-go bars in Nana, pick up a sweet little princess and head back to the hotel. I wanted to save my energy for the next evening and not party too hard on the first night. So I ended up to the first bar on the left hand side when entering to Nana and ordered a beer. Not much to say, really. It was a G-Club setup, with hostesses. For a while, they had a few lookers, then it went down hill and the quality of the girls dropped. The last time I stuck my head in was about a year ago and it was dead. It was about 10pm and there were two or three girls and no customers. There were reports that they were closed periodically for no reason and last I heard, they have shut down for good (end of last year?). Could just be a rumour though.

The last two times (at night) I passed the Champagne Room they were closed. To me it was an over-priced club offering the same type girls available elsewhere but they were dressed more lady-like.
