1. Forget hotels and get an apartment. Check out only-apartments.com or airbnb. I'm sure you can find others.

2. Do not go to any strip clubs. You will be ripped off.

3. Forget erotic massage. Use independent escorts, which brings me onto ...

4. Use rosszlanyok.hu and callgirl-list.com

5. Draw up a list of girls from these sites you're interested in and call them a week or so before you go. This way you can find out if they speak English (or any other language if you don't speak Hungarian. Many Hungarians speak German, for example).

Airbnb is your best bet for accomodations, good cheap options. Lots of bars in District 7. Very casual. Most people wear shots and sandals, hostel crowd. I don't think we saw one girl on hills.
