Thank you very much Roboman for you description of the address which is very accurate and easy to found, However I went last afternoon to the place and the grad guy setting in the front disc asked how I got the address, in fact it was difficult to reply because I have no names, so I tried to be friendly, but he wasn't.

No room was available and I have to wait for 20 min and he asked one fat lady (3/10) to be ready for me, I tried to be patient to see the other girls but I couldn't, so I decided to escape.

The start of the street is on the corner of Makram Ebeid St and there's an Africa Pharmacy on the corner. Go down about a half kilometer until you reach HSBC It's building 61, I think, right next to the bank. Spa is on 1st floor across from the beauty salon. The number is in al-Waseet if you can find a copy.

I haven't been there in ages, so can't attest to who's there and what they do. I heard they had a new crew of girls.

If this is the spa on Madina Monawara (Summer Moon's old street) , I had seen it in the past and been interested, but one time saw a young Egyptian couple enter (pre-wedding spa day?) and so had my doubts. It is good to know it is just a legit place, and expensive at that, so I will avoid it.

A place that may be similar in Mohandiseen is El Hassen Spa, which had advertised in Al Waseet. It is on El Zahraa St. (37) , and I visited in early summer. The English speaking manager was friendly on the phone, and when I arrived he and his Russian (from Dagestan) wife (?) told me they had Egyptian, Russian, and Moroccan girls there. I chose the Moroccan (late 20s and cute) and proceeded to have a great session. We had a nice chat (in Arabic) , as she was very friendly, and she gave me one of the best massages of my life.
