Are excellent if the runs continue more than 24 hours. Often available in pharmacies marked "UNICEF". No doubt part of UNICEF's aid for young children getting into the shops.
I have a pregnancy fetish. Is there any place where pregnant girls can be found? Bar, street worker, red light area?
I was lucky once in soi4 one late night returning after one of the late night discos. Some 3-4 years ago. It is not impossible to find a pregnant working girl, but It is definitely not easy.
Been reading old post and maybe I just missed it, but I haven't seen the Thermae mentioned. Been around for over 10 years and seems to be getting some fresh blood pumped into the place / QUOTE]Since Vietnam days, more like 40yrs.
IMHO, ae, in any 7/11 store there is a small medicine counter area that you will find it even if you don't read Thai? It is pretty obvious? And if you get it real bad and it runs like water and you are dead and tired you can also get the packs of electrolites that you just add to water and drink. Forget the sugar and Gatoraid, get yourself at a street vendor stand fresh coconut juices straight from one of those small coconut it has 10x the stuff you would get at any pharmacy. That is pure energy.
As noted by another poster, bananas and straight white rice steam is best for you. That is the same recipe they give dogs when they have the bad runs. That should work perfectly for you dog mongers?
Now you have the solution get yourself cleanup and a fresh pair of underwear and get to work just don't ask any girl to lick your swollen ass for a few days?
I have a little loose stomach here every day, but I think it is not a problem and hopefully not dangerous. Maybe one reason is that I eat very spicy food. I don't think it leads to dehydration, because it is not like diarrhea, multiple times a day but just watery like once a day. Still I'd like to find that UNICEF product mentioned, I think it can be very handy if you go weak. 7eleven not have but I must go ask pharmacy.
I have also Zithromax, I think for food poisoning it should help?
Now I have nose running and fever 38 last night, maybe nothing serious, I just think it is from getting wet due to rain and then getting cold with air con. Hopefully painkillers and rest help.
=Tony Hoeprano;1436720]Does anyone have any sure-fire cures for upset stomach and the runs in Thailand? Having an upset stomach and / or the runs made it unpleasant to both monger and go on non-p4p dates. It seems culprits were movie theatre popcorn (last saw Ironman 3 and had to run to the bathroom after it was finished LOL) , overeating at buffets, and waiting until I got very hungry. I normally don't take anti diarrhea medication except pepto bismo but they don't sell it in Thailand pharmacies
Something I learnt in India.
Coca-Cola (normal red one) and then put a good 2 pinches of salt into it.
Drink 1 of those every four hours. Coke and salt kills anything in your stomach.
Yes I have been there a few times and first time last autumn I believe. Very nice crowd of people. A mixed girl crowd (freelance and regular). I guess this club runs in the same segment as Bed&Supper, Q-Bar and BASH (to mention some other clubs in Soi 11 as well). Could ofcourse also mentioned Climax in the same gasp for air but that I consider as a freelanceplace only. Others may argue.
Between 5-1000bht covercharge weekends. But I have had good times at Levels as well. 1 btl of Absolute runs around 3000BHT plus extras ofcourse.
This is a Hi-end club for the "in crowd" (Local upperclas). I would never compare this to Climax, as this club is not a P4P club wich I consider Climax to be a kind of. It is a sophisticated and cool place with a great atmosphere. If you go, then you should dress to the occasion.
Do you have the email for Tulip?
Apologies, was thinking of Annies when typing Tulip. Think they only use phone service.

Levels, Q-Bar, Bed&Supper (still there) , BASH are in my view no hi end club but semi hi end club with a mixed crowd from tourist / probably well heeled locals / expats (both sexes) and some freelancegirls (but here you have to work carefully as chances are high you can run into a non P4P girl)
You don't find hi end clubs in the lower Sukhumvit area. But ofcourse we can have different criterias in how we view a nightclub.
I agree with your comments regarding dresscodes. You would look quite misplaced (if you get in at all) with your flip flops and your Victoria Bitter (VB) singlet (no offence to aussies that is. I have one VB singlet on my own)lets say in BASH or Levels.

"Cola + salt" is a quick and easy replacement for "Oral Rehydration Therapy" solutions: water + sugar + salts
I'm not sure if you can get here or not, but it really works better than most scrips. Lesson to all bring yours with you when you come.
You should bring a complete assortment of all prescription medications that you take plus those that you may need in an emergency, when you travel anywhere. However, the best thing is to visit a hospital, clinic or doctor for an examination. You might have appendicitis or something only a doctor can diagnose. In Thailand, such a visit is about 1000 Baht with medication. Wasting time with home remedies and risking your life is the most foolish thing you can do. Your embassy doesn't need another corpse of a drunken jerkoff to deal with.
I recommend you read the Forum, and not be lazy, also pay the $20 membership fee.
What does paying the fee have to do with anything. I have in the past.
I've gone over several pages but have not found good detailed posting as there used to be in the past.

My doctor only charges 400 baht including medicine.
