Here's my recommendation. I have used a few Love Hotels in the past for non-escort type situations. I can't recall any of them, since they all seem to be pretty much the same. Different themes are the only major difference. I'm sure there may be a few that are a cut above, but in your case I think location may be more important. You can find hundreds of Love Hotels in the vacinity of any train station. Finding one that will do the job will not be a problem. Yes, you can call the agency from the hotel. The ones that I used had phones. You may want to e-mail or call AM or Boo and see if they have any recommendations. They are in the business of sending girls to clients, many of whom are locals and need the discretion of a Love Hotel. I'm sure they can recommend one near the hotel you are staying at or away from where you are staying from if you don't want to get caught. Only some hotels have phones with outside access, not all, so be sure to have a cell phone or do some prior inquires.Also, as the clock will be ticking and occaisionally girls can take 1-2 hours to get there, it is probably better to call well before your date and have a time and place to meet, then just go in togther. Usually 1-3 hours is about 3,000 (day) to 5,000 (evening). Overnights start at 9 or 10pm and cost 6,000-13,000 depending on quality of room and whether it is a Fri/Sat night or not.Of course if you are chosing an all-night option on the hotel, this isn't an issue.

Over the weekend used AM service. I did the 35000 Yen 2hr course.The setup was very smooth. Reserved 1 week ahead with Suzuka. Meeting place was chosen and a time setup.
