May be, someone should ask a freelancer's take on this. I'm sure she would have friends who work in Gogo bars. She'll tell you if her friends get the regular health check ups or not. At least that was the situation 3-4 years ago when I was in AC quite frequently. I do not have details on the check-up itself, but it is done at a health clinic. For as long as guys have been cumming and going to AC there have been questions about the health check up efficacy. You are having sex with women who have anywhere from 3-5+ other men inside them a week which is roughly 12-20 a month or 140-225+ men a year.
