That is kind of meta talking about super bugs, this is stuff punters actually promote and do, and it is relevant in a hobby specific way. A lot of guys who partake in this hobby do take antibiotics and flood their systems as a preventive measure but have no idea about the side effects that they will be left with, nor do they really understand the severity of the side effects.

EDIT: on second though you make a good point, on the surface your argument sounds like it is for " the good of the people" as in the world that was my misunderstanding, if these guys religiously take these antibiotics and contract an antibiotic resistant strain, that IS a huge problem for us. They are weeding out and cultivating particularly resistant strains of these diseases by using this as a preventative.

Honest to god truth? Out of 7 trips, caught something on 6. Trips always 7-8 days long. As a madman my first few times that was probably 15 chicks. I have calmed down these days and do about 5-6 to reduce the risk. But it didn't help.

Have you ever been hit by lightning? Are you diabetic or anything that would make you more susceptible to disease / infection. In a rough ball park of 1000 without, I do boot up a lot too, never caught anything. That's in many countries combined not just Philippines which I feel is a little safer than some countries.

But I don't know if I got it from a BG or a freelancer because I was still doing both back in 2014. These days I stick to freelancers.

Interesting the same infection was in 2009 much more difficult to treat than in 2004. In 2004 just some pills of doxycycline and cephalexine for 5 days did the trick.

For the same bug in 2009 it needed 3 shots of 1 g Ceftriaxone each. Terrible!

When I am in particularly unsafe provinces/areas i always bring wet wipes with me that are alcohol based and wipe your junk before and after immediately. Some brothels in other rougher areas that ive been in Myanmar especially there is no bathroom to speak of just a water Cistern, and of course even in areas such as that i didnt contract anything due to good hygiene. Of course a shower works best, all mongers should really shower after sex i thought this was a given but i guess its not.

Only time i contracted something was in Las Vegas and REAL girlfriends. I have yet to catch something other than a cough/flu from a bar girl.
