What's done is done and no going back, my 2 cents are as below.

1) since its your own place, you can move out and you shouldn't. You do control ingress and egress to the building, tip the security and ask them to red flag the girl.

2) for starters please if possible delete the chats, on both your phones, obviously ensuring you are not blackmailed or blackballed, I am sure you can find a moment of solitude in her phone. I will PM you the modus operandi, try it. Works for me 100/100.

3) tell her you are moving abroad, create fake tickets and show her that you will move and tell her your work wants to move you ASAP.

4) Buy her a parting gift and that's that.

5) don't block her just yet, keep in passive touch and but don't put anything incriminating on chats, just a Hi and bi for a week and then boom. Block.

Emotional attachment is a big big red flag. Please ditch her as soon as possible. You cannot have a no strings attached relationship anymore.

Also, you can't go on with a sugar baby for more than 2-3 months. Anything more than that may end in an emotional attachment.

Thanks Babykuttu. I have a job abroad and I am working remotely. So, I will go back once it is easy for me to travel. I should be on a flight today but have to cancel again. I was hoping I will move out but looks like it is not going to happen soon. And I don't want her to just show up at my place every time. My worry with faking the tickets is she may find out that I am still around and that may result in unwanted situation (I do stay in a gated community and I don't want any fuss). She is a cashier for an organic store near my place which I used to visit every week. I know she has some interest in me and I know I can score her. During this desperate time, she had a salary cut. She asked for help I did not hesitate to give her 5000 initially. She did show up next time and I have made the offer. She obliged. I know you guys like a story. I had to change my city for few days to get rid of her. Luckily I had a good reputation in my office and people took my word over her.

My only mistake at that time was to speak with another female colleague. (I had no intention to sleep with this new female colleague). We just happened to speak a lot as we were working on the same stuff, which was enough to stoke jealousy.
