I'm all about convenience and won't inconvenience myself in that way to save money. Somebody who has to be concerned with doing all of that just to save money ought to consider just staying home until they can get their money to where they don't have think and plan like that. It's a clean room with a bed and you can relax, shower etc. If you honestly want to figure out how much the air fare, all the travel costs, food etc and then divide by the number of girls, it's never going to be a great deal. You do it because it's fun, and for most of us, you can't find the same time of experience near where we live.
