This is actually the best way to "negotiate" and to make real "business" in an FKK. IMHO.
Obviously this is only possible if it's coming natural and spontaneous.

More or less true. I have to emphasize that an accepted negotiation for a reduced price for services rendered ain't all that common in the clubs. Most of the better SPs will do just fine by sticking to the house prices, or even in some cases going above them. Lots of us are suckers with our Euros.
Also, if I were new at this and unknown at a club, I'd worry a bit about negotiating say, anal for 50 at Oase. Suppose a girl decides at the end of the session that she wants 100 for the extra and takes you to the front to complain. In a situation like this, I'm sure that the club will side with the girl. Far fetched? Wouldn't be the first time that a girl lost her memory about or "misunderstood" a negotiation.
Now if you are a club regular then it might be different. Also if you know a girl and have a good relationship with her, then you should be OK.
Personally, I usually decline the long term sessions. 300 for 4. 5 hours may seem like a deal, but at that point of the evening I probably only have a few pops, and I could do long-time girl and and different honey for only 100. Plus I have issues with paying a girl, even one that I like for conversation and smoke breaks.
I'm guessing that Mr. Dim might be using the p4p settings in some Asian fun centers as a model for how things are done. But it's a different game in D'land.

Also, even though I don't hit Artemis all that often, I've never had an issue with a gal getting sullen about doing just a regular 30 minute deal. I think it might be due to the 60 Eur rate.

You don't quite get the business model or the culture.
The fact that you loudly discussed this with more than one girl gave you an instant rep, not too different to Isabel. Just as Isabel did not provide the service expected, you are asking to be different before you have developed any sort of rapport.
BNy way of further comment, some girls are reluctant to go with Asian guys for a variety of silly reasons. This sort of negotiation may further stigmatize you and interfere with your experience.

Employees tend to think only short term when it comes to their benefits (pay scale). So asking and employee to take a hit in their salary so that the [b]might[/b] Benefit at some unspecified time in the future is an up hill battle.
That the girls at Artemis are not really employees does not seem to matter. What matters is that they seem to think of themselves as such.
I don't know but I can imagine that with the 50-25-50 (or 60-30-60 if they wanted) structure they would encourage longer sessions and in the end make more. But they would have to agree and they would have to maybe take a short term hit.
One thing I know, I would not want to be the manager who tries to implement this new structure. He / she would likely be very unpopular.

But I don't think even a 60-30-60 would offer much of an advantage for the girls' interest. Personally, when I go for one hour, I don't usually decide it rationally beforehand. In fact, I don't usually decide for it at all; it kinda just happens. Of course, the availability of a cheaper time extension would let me be more liberal, but I don't think it would make much of a difference, unless I'm feeling financially uncomfortable that day. And if that's the case, I'm not going to be a good customer that day anyway.
TBH though, I have never been to an NRW FKK, so I can't really guess how such a pricing would affect my spending. I may very well be having the "employee" syndrome myself.
Or, quite possibly, the Stockholm syndrome. (:
All this Artemis talk made me get "fever" again. I'll probably visit the club today, even if for a few hours.
I visited Artemis expecting a paradise on earth, but I can say it is a very nice place and nothing more.
THe facilities and the decoration seemed old fashioned to me.
First day I saw 4 girls.
1. Jane, slim blonde German girl. 1.75, model type. Service was good, especiall the oral and cim.
2. Isabelle, petite Moldavian with a nice ass. She wanted to finish me as soon as possible. Her owo-cim was good though.
3. Katrina, woohhhh. Brunette, monika belluci look alike. 22 years. 1.75 with huge boobs, silicon but extremely good job, almost like natural.
Nice girl, talkative and polite. Service satisfying.
4. Sienna, blonde Bulgarian with nice body, average height.
The best of all that I tried.
PSE service and without clock watching at all.
Next day.
Don't laugh at me, but I don't remember a single name from the 4 girls I met that day (Thursday night, the first visit was Tuesday afternoon)
1. I went with the reed hair, tall, Romanian, with deep tan. She told me she is Russian, but I saw her all the time sitting with ROmanian girls and speaking Italian.
ALthough she looked like a shark, in the room she provided a good service and she did not clock watch.
2. A blonde Polish girl with a strange name, Soy. Something like this.
Blonde curly hair, average height.
Avoid her, she wants to finish the session and go downstairs. Blow job average.
3. Next mistake.
Blonde BUlgarian, very tall, hair like MErilyn, tatoo all over her back.
Looked sexy in the lobby, but when I saw her in the room, she looked below average, not very pretty.
Service mechanical.
4. Romanian Ionella. Tall, brunette, with green eyes. 22 years. Very pretty girl.
Service in the room was ok.
That was it, first day was good, second day almost disaster.
40 girls. 3-4 9s'.10-15 8s' and the rest in the area of 7.
To sum up, you don't find in Artemis the amazing women from American strip shows that we see in movies (Katrina in fact was this type of girl).
The majority of women are average, but thhe fact that you see 50 women all together makes, makes this place special.

How would you feel, and how would you perform if your boss decided to negotiate your salary and benefits to a lower level? Do you go to your local grocery store and try to negotiate the prices when the vegetables seem a bit old? As they say, if you can't afford to pay--you can't afford to play.
Hot off the press, gentlemen! The March hiatus has ended. Artemis is back on business.
Along with the new faces that joined the ranks in the last month, multiple favorites of mine have come back. Some of them even seem to have lost their extra weight during their vacation. The overall playing atmosphere is also back, even if some of the newly returned girls were complaining about "lazy men" and "stupid Italians". No offense to Kimino. (:

Two impressions:
Customer volume. May be seasonal but I worry when some very solid performers complain about business. A couple mentioned they were going elsewhere on a website based venture to see if that works better. Hopefully we will not lose them.
On a positive note, there was a great atmosphere in the club after 3. 30am. There were very few men so the girls sort of took over the club with various types of dancing including some great belly dancing accompanied by the girls singing along with various songs. This was really nice. I stood with a drink and watched, talking to a few. Notable Sammy a very tall, slim brunette from Berlin, Victoria from Bulgaria now has red hair. Suits her. She still has a beautifully musclular back, ass and legs, I also met the legendary Connie for the first time.

I am visiting Germany (Europe) for the first time to visit my son studying in Greifswald. I will take a train up north the next day.
I travel extensively to Philippines, Thailand, Costa Rica and Colombia- but never been to Europe. I do have a couple of general questions:
1) I will be short of time in Berlin- where can I exchange US dollars for Euros? Are the airport ATMs or exchange booths ripoffs compared to elsewhere? (It seems that airports are often terrible places to change money- in some countries they are as good as anywhere)
2) Are there any experts here on the Greifswald area- anything going on up there?
