1) Tobita is foreigner friendly, and if you don't speak Japanese they'll have their phones ready to translate.

2) You can do 1 HR, but IMO it is expensive at 46 k and you don't really get much more out of it. There's a big price hike at 45 minutes and over, and Soaplands lends it self better for 1 HR+.

3) The unique thing about Tobita is that you actually see the girls in person before you choose. There is no picture photoshopping BS with Tobita. You just show up, walk around, see the girls. Once you see the girl you want, just simply approach her. Typically they'll be calling for your attention to enter their shop.

There is no showering like you would get at a soapland, so I advise showering before heading to Tobita. At most they'll use cleaning wipes.

Not sure if that's standard at all shops there. I found Matsushima to be more laid back but the beauty standard is much lower. You can still window shop at Matsushima like Tobita. One thing I noticed at Matsushima is that lots of shops have 2 girls where Tobita only had one girl per shop.

I can explain my logic on why the longer sessions are pricy for what it is. My experience at Tobita is that it's usually not GFE and it's all covered. At a Soapland, I can reliably find GFE and CFS (includes BBBJ) at a 1 hour time session for less than 46 k. On some occasions I've had BBFS included, though this might be YMMV. Also at Tobita, if you want to go over 60 minutes it's an extra 10 k per 10 minutes. The 30 minute session doesn't feel rushed for me, and there is a 20 minute session for 21 k which seems a little too short IMO.
