Obviously it does not matter very much if guys are biting off a bit of a 100 mgs Viagra pill to avoid taking the whole pill due to unpleasant side effects, but in a clinical setting professionals such as doctors and nurses are accountable, so they cannot use random processes like splitting unscored pills without exposing themselves to potential liabiliity if the patient suffers some kind of adverse reaction to the drug and the manufacturers recommendations for administration have not been followed.

In short order I meet a girl or two and we head back to my Casa. It all had to take place on the low down as girls are not supposed to speak to foreigners.
