This 50 euros for everything is a nice story but that's it. If there is not enough girl and too many guys, the law of market dictate that the girl can and will charge more. But when thing go back to normal, IE. You meet very very few North Americans in places like Sharks or Oase. Certainly those who travel across the Atlantic from the US and Canada are incredibly scarce. Showing a negative white stick won't get you in, as you point out knows when or indeed who took the test.

In Hesse you need a negative test within the last 24 hours to check into a hotel so I assume also for Sharks test needs to be in the last 24 hours.
