I've never used an agency but things to look out for can be:
Who are her friends? Heaps of hookers and Ladyboys or girlfriends who are serial foreigner dater / wives are bad. Regular employed civilians are good.
Who can she hold a conversation with at social functions? Again, relating only to hookers is bad. Relating to normal girls is good.
Beware of a nephew always at the parents house. They may be her kid. Same for male boarders or cousins. He is probably her husband.
Perfect English or a US / Euro accent was not picked up from watching TV.
Similarly, proficiency with banking and money transfer is a major alert signal.
Are 99% of her online friends white males? Run.
