I'd say that it is even a minimum for the running costs like accommodation, food and taxis, but without any partying and mongering option. And I'm not talking about 5 stars hotels and fancy restaurants. A night at a Mercure Aparthotel costs about 100/120 €, and a diner at a mid-level churrascaria like Fogo do Chao about 60 €/person now. Add some taxis, some snacks for lunch, laundry at the hotel, ect, ect, and you easily arrive at 200/250 € per day.

Then add your budget for drinks and entrance in boites, strip bars, clubs (WHAT, some people go to Sao Paulo without stepping a foot in Love Story, the best pick up club on the planet in the history of mankind?) , ect. For me, another 300 €/day minimum (bottle at Love Story must be around 150 € now). And then add the girls.

After reading many of the good reports here, I paid my first visit to Redway late last week. Easy to find and a brisk walk from the Santa Rosa station.
