Prices per half hour are higher in Spanish clubs versus ygerman clubs, at about 70€. But there's no or low entry, but you have to pay for your drinks: Softs were expensive at 7€ per drink.
I agree the country is great, food and wine also, the weather, the beach. I just wouldn't fly there for paysex only.

Where? The Spanish highway clubs outside of the city centres. This is where the quality of line-up can match the German FKK scene without you going bankrupt. But you have to know which clubs to visit as only a few clubs have this quality. My personal experience is a bit out of date unfortunately, but I would assume Club Prive in Tarragona or Club Paradise in La Jonquera are still up there. Both being outside Barcelona. Malaga and Madrid both have similar clubs (if not better) just outside city limits. I suggest those interested make a more thorough search.
How? Firstly you need to know the pricing: 70E / 30 mnts. 130E / 60mnts are the going rates on the Spanish highways. If you stick to 60 mnts sessions it is usually not that hard to negotiate an hourly rate of 100- 110E. In other words very close to Frankfurt FKK rates. Secondly, you need to negotiate BBBJ, DATY and DFK. Again, not really that difficult (it's very common) , but if not agreed in advance you risk to only get CBJ and MPOS sex, or she will try to squeeze some more euros out of you (unbelievable, but some suckers yield to this). Thirdly, you need to know entrance is FREE or sometimes 10- 20E (will get you one free drink). Knowing this you can do the math.
Having said that, I am also in total agreement with the analysis of Cane and Dreams below: The German FKK scene is better (for p4p) for the exact reasons they are stating, but I also happen to love Spain (climate, cuisine, culture, with a bit of p4p on the side).
One last point: What Spain has in a better quantity and quality than Germany are latinas! Yes, Spain is a dream for latina lovers for very obvious reasons (more latinas / betterlooking latinas). Now, if you are living in the States then a serious option is going to the source itself. But for a European, Spain is as close to latina heaven as you can get on this side of the pond. Spain is also (just as Germany) a very civilized country with very little crime and all amenities at your doorstep.
What I was hoping for was the possibility of getting with Spanish girls in the club as I haven't met many Spanish girls in Germany, I think they are all Romanians. I've heard several Romanian girls say they've worked in Spain, and since lots of them seem to like Spain, there probably are lots of them there.

The "Latinas" in Americas are mixed with indiginous people with partial Spanish blood. Which type are better looking is all preferene. I have never been to Spain, and have not seen many actual Spanish girls, and would like to run into them at P4P in a club in Spain. Also some girls were born in Moldavia and moved to Romania when they were young.
I know Romanian girls living close to the Hungarian border who's nationality is Romanian, but they consider themselves Hungarian, they are even not allowed to speak Romanian with their parents, Hungarian only.

Going for a 3 day mongering trip to Berlin tomorrow and I'm wondering is there any point in visiting anywhere other than Artemis?

I will keep my advice short. Know the prices of every club you attend, including extras. Agree before hand what you like to do in the room, and don't pay extra for kissing. Try out several clubs. Don't rely too much on punter's advice here because the outcome may not meet expectations.
Go and experience it. No amount of advice will help you with what you will experience on your first visit.
