When you get to Lima in the winter (our summer), everyone there is sick of the cold and grey. If you advertised a trip to the beach in Mancora (you fly to Piura and then rent a car), you would have a lot of takers. Thing is that you would probably want to spend a few days interviewing your best candidates in Lima. The major plus is I loved the Mancora region. It is not really a place to swim but the beach there is just pure beauty, some of the best sunsets I have ever seen. Lima is a cool place, but any more than one week there would be pushing it. If you go, make sure you swim with the seals.

I had no luck with SA in Guadalajara. What is interesting there though is Puerto Vallarta is only a 4 hour drive away. I actually think with Mexico you find the women in Mexico City and Monterrey and then bring them to the beach. I could hang out a week in Mexico City. You cannot be bored there. But unless I am seeing multiple women, Monterrey gets old fast. Mexico City is actually the place in Mexico I suggest you go to use SA with what you are looking for. The girls who are willing to take that risk do not think long term. They either cannot get their act together (I. E.
