Yes, there are a lot of sites where girls offer sexual services but I guess your biggest problem is that you don't speak Hungarian. You should try to find a site in English and English-speaking girls. Not an easy task but try it, maybe you will succeed.

Some girls just might say in add they answer SMS's but when foreign client writes in english they don't answer for some reason. So there could be many reasons.

My advice would be just make direct voice phonecall to the girls and then you can get easily all the information you need and it is not that expensive either. My very limited experience in this area is that usually those girls don't talk any more than just minimum needed so phonecalls are short and simple and therefore don't cost much to you either.
