Sharing my recent experience (2 months old) in Colombo. Read many FRs and based on the hints visited a couple of Spas on the road along the railway track. Went to the G towers, Ayurvedic, another one on highway. Where some Thais were available. But to my dismay, all of these spas seem to have a different rate for non Sri Lankans which is almost 2-3 times higher (45 USD and more). Tried to reason out at the reception and bargain but they simply refused.
I think USD 45 + for a massage then more for extras (similarly high rate for non locals), if available, is just too high.
Would be happy to know if there are good Spas with good extra services which costs same as for locals.

I have only recently found out about this site and have been moderately active here. Although it has been two years that I have been living in Sri Lanka, I haven't made any close friends.
