Yes, I was much younger, without the Dad bod, but I could have probably pulled it off at my current age back in 1998. Today, you have many options, but they will cost. Thankfully, you have 9 days to try out a few and figure out what works best for you. I think you have collected the bars and clubs to go to, to find your type (Chinese, Philippine, CIS, African, etc.). You also have MR, which is generally short-term for a higher price, but will get the job done. Massage joints, I have zero experience, so cannot comment and will defer the greater forum.
Here are the choices in the Pandemic, it will improve over time, but the prices of the girls will increase as your cost of catch goes down (supply and demand):
Premiere: High priced entrance - 900 AED required spend. Which is like a half bottle of Jack or too many beers for me to be able to consume. The girls are about 1200-1500 for 3-6 hours depending on your negotiating skills. I took two girls for 4 hours at 2000 AED one night but had major issues with another at 1500 for 1 hour (read a previous experience from me).
Moscow: Medium priced entrance - 150 AED, out of pocket and no drink included. You will be seated with other mongers and it is not comfortable at all. Deal with it and find a girl ASAP and get out of there. All have managers and you must negotiate and pay before you leave. I picked a couple out of there over three nights and paid 1000 AED for 3 hours. Negotiation is key. Make sure all services are spelled out, like BBBJ before hand. If you want extras, they can be negotiated afterward, but for your initial take. Be clear what you want or you will get a starfish if you are unlucky.
Rockafellas: Medium priced entrance - 150 AED and you are still required to purchase drinks as it is table service only. Sit at your table, do not walk around, the guards will ask you for tips and once you pay a new guard will come and ask for a tip. Fuck them, but they will make your monger experience shit if you don't at least give one a 50 AED note. They will bring girls to you if you ask. It is hard to walk around there and all girls are run by managers (well most). I found one that looked good in the dark lights, but when I got her in the "moment of truth" elevator, I was regretting my choice.
Russian Angels seems to be choice of agencies for 1200 AED per hour outcall girls. Take 2 if you want for a fun time, they are enthusiastic and provide great service. I took 2 girls on different days my last visit and was pleasantly surprised both times.
Main thing, have fun, be smart and always have condoms at your hotel as they do not supply and will only give you head if you don't have one.

Went recently about 8 ish, so early. 250 with 2 drinks. Once busy it's 150 with nothing and maybe turned away. The downstairs coffee shop is still closed as of last week. I often pop in here at an early hour, hoping for some early action. But the talent quality before night hours is very low. I really want to find some better options for daytime and early evening, as for me that's a good time to step out and find talent and then enjoy into the evening. Prefer that than a 11 pm+ hookup when you're already done for the night! Anyway, haven't taken much from Mint lately due to quality. And when you frequent places, you see the same faces a lot and they recognize you too, so now I'm put off altogether.

I like this place, but if it's busy the bouncer doesn't let you in. In the slower last few months, I've spent wasted time here when there was no talent. But I've also picked up a couple of crackers too. One Turkish who has since left but was great and staying at the hotel was green too. Shame Chameleon in Tecom has the high door price. But so far, this is my go-to on Marina side of town, but it's hit and miss. Might pick up again now restrictions better, but warning, on Thu / Fri I couldn't get in. Esp alone.
Emperor, Byblos Barsha.
I don't think may people know this place, but it has huge potential. Before the lockdowns it has a great line up of go-go dancing girls. Some mongers, but no WG! I think the WG need to start hanging out here as it's a good venue, large and doesn't have the hassle of being in Karama / Deira. I'll keep checking it out for WG action to pick up, so if you also have experiences here. Do share.

This is from my back in late March to early April when I visited Dubai for 2 weeks. So in what might be a first here, I was literally approached by a WG while at the beach, and not while on the sunbed, but while I was literally in the water and in the deep end just minding my own business.
