Absolutely no problem. They can visit the spa for massage. But, the Thai masseuse will not show a great enthusiasm in massaging them as they know the extras are not involved. So, for them it is waste of time and energy, so they may get a sluggish massage. All masseuses are not the same. But this comments I wrote here were received from a Thai masseuse only.

Some times the SP ask to come at location and from there it is another 10-15 min drive. Also the waiting the time, on phone it like I will be there in 5 min but actually they show up at 30 min later.
