If from Poblado, the fare should be 50 mil. I have a regular driver (white taxi) and he charges me 65 mil from the airport and 50 mil to the airport. Tell ms that this is the price and I should never pay more. I use him all of the time. If for some reason he is busy, he sends one of his white taxi friends and they charge me the same amount.

There are plenty of cigarette vendors also walking the streets. You might just follow one and see who buys cigarettes. Colombia doesn't allow smoking in most buildings.
