Are there any reliable girl friendly hotels in this area? Or Airbnb is a better option? I'd rather have the girl come to me.

A lot of guys swear by Hotel Ticuan, but some of their rooms can be very noisy if you are on the side of Las pulgas. If you walk a block further, you'll pay half price for less garish, but equally chica serviceable amenities at Aqua Rio. Another excellent choice is hotel pacific, a little further down across the street from gastro Park telefonica in La Cacho (Colonia Madero). Other chica friendly options are Caesar's, and La Villa de Zaragoza.
