Apparently the Coconut Telegraph has "blown a nut" somewhere by reporting that I sold the hotel or plan to close it after 13 successful years. This is absolutely not true, and additionally, I don't have any partners either. Although I have been absent recently for personal reasons, I continue to invest heavily in improvements in all areas of the business. Just follow our newsletter for current updates.

As of last week however, I have decided to retire and sell the hotel. I guess that when I received my application for Medicare, my friends told me that it was MY time to relax, sit by the pool and drink a few beers with a good looking Chica! In the meantime, absolutely nothing will change. All of my employees are fully aware of the sale and have agreed to stay and expect that the new owner will keep them employed.

Personally, I think the hotel is running better than ever, and now would be a great time to visit. I hope this puts an end to all of the rumors and we all look forward to seeing you soon.

Get a price first before getting into a private taxi. In fact, avoid private taxis if solo. Most places you might want to go (Cabarete, Pto Pta, Field of Dreams, Blackbeards, etc) you can do all or most the trip in a publico for a very few dollars. But private taxis are good if you have three or more guys to share, because they charge per mile and not per person.

I was thinking of getting a gift card for something online, but have no idea what may be a good place to do that for her, since obviously the Spanish speaking internet world is far different than mine.

It will be like a 50 dollar gift, but I feel it is worth it as she has been very good to me! I really don't care if she gets gifts from others or fucks other guys like me. (Sure she does). I like making her happy and she will repay by letting me fuck her friends!

Buy her some clothes, the sort of things you want to see her in. Rainbow has retail stores or online along with many others, like Rose Wholesale. Buy some stuff she can wear for you and some stuff she can wear with friends.

Tell her you bought some presents and that you will bring them next trip. That way you avoid the "Papi send me" syndrome, and you can make sure she earns the gifts.

Now you've omitted one more person in line at that way-too-crowded WU down the street from Banco Popular (and all the perks of being a WU novio), and you've given her a gift that you'll both get to enjoy when you see her next (if this chica is as tops as you make her out to be, she'll definitely wear whatever it is).

My one regret is that I missed the period of time in the DR where you could just give one of these chicas a 2-3 generation old iPhone or a generic Android smartphone from Amazon or CL (30) and gift your favoritas impressively (in their eyes) on the cheap; by the time I first made it to Sosua, most of the 7's and higher had the same gen iPhone as me!

On my last trip I gave this girl face cream. It made her so happy! What is wrong with that? I could care less about her novio or other guys she fucks. Lord knows I have more than one woman in my stable. If she asks for money I will tell her no. When she has provided me a shitload of pleasure and fun I have no problem treating her like a nice girl. I have had a great regular for years now and we have worked things out. I give her money when I'm there, as part of my budget. But the only money I ever send down there nowadays is a week or so before I arrive, so she can take care of her place in her distant town, phone bill, bus and taxi fare, get her hair and nails done, new dress, that sort of thing, so she will be absolutely ready to give me a complete hassle free week, without having to worry about shit back at her family and home.

Actually, my always buys ME gifts, personal stuff like simple jewelry, shirts, and even shoes! I'm sure she has smart assed friends like some on this board, who tell her she's crazy for buying stuff for a stupid gringo, Lol.

Sosua used to be a little more GF romantic. Chicas and mongers would hang together for a few days, even have a lovers quarrel when they broke up, (or the monger saw something better. Lol). They even had real flower sellers around the bars, and it wasn't unusual to see the chicas with a bunch of flowers at the bar. Now it looks stupid.

But most of that old magic is long gone.

Now, it seems, it's strictly business, P4 P, pretty much commercialized.

So, if you can find a good regular that can do it all for you, much recommended, you are a lucky man.
