Last week, I went in a place close to Jin'An temple were a prostate massage had been mentionned, more than one year ago.

I remember that someone recently posted here that the ISG is now (again) accessible from within China, even without VPN or proxy. This is true, and I tested it from several places. However, I have some concerns about this.

It could well be that the Chinese government uses this as source to track down our activities. As there is no secret here, it is easy to record your IP address. If you reside within China, it might happen that once you get the visit of LE, if you are frequent user of ISG.

On the other hand, in some cities, the hotels have compulsory recording systems and software installed to track from which room which websites are visited. Given the tight registration of the passports, room numbers, it is just a matter of time to trace also these activities.

Hence, if you want to be on the safe side, I still recommend not to directly access ISG, but to use a suitable proxy or - better - a VPN. If you have residence in China, it might be even more important.

More than 60 people were caught and punished as police raided 14 foot massage parlors on Qingzhen Road in Xuhui District last Wednesday and Thursday, officers said.

Secret rooms for sex services were found during the raid.

I've seen it advertised at a massage place in Xujaihui. I couldn't ask as they didn't speaka da english but I was always interested?
