Because they know that their place is popping and the quality of women offered seems to be a notch above most of the the bars in close proximity, thus giving them an edge over the rest.

Yes, you negotiate with them, confirm what services the girls will provide and give them the money but when you get to your hotel you find out the girl does not DFK or let you go down on her. Abjar Grand Hotel (Abu Hail): seems like all hotels are cashing in with the expo coming up. This hotel now has so many supposed clubs. There are Pakistan, Syrian, Iraqi clubs. I had a peek and it was girls dancing on stage, so not sure if they are available or what the deal was. Tried out the Irani club and it was so so, plenty of talent but not the same standard as at Moscow Coochini, so left after 45 minutes. Entry / table fee 50 AED.
