I'm a 24 year old with some money to spend. Want to go on a trip and 3 destinations that have caught my eye are DR, Thailand and Germany. If it makes any difference I'm black and just want some sort of feedback from you guys. I'm posting here as my first post because I think DR is where I will end up going. I don't speak a word of Spanish so was considering going to Blackbeards for about 10 days and bringing like 2500 US. Any tips on my plan or any feedback would be great. I'm thinking of doing my trip in the wintertime January or Feb.

I can understand if you are out for a day's drive or shopping in a city, but for an evening on the town in Sosua, why would you need a credit or debit card?
Incidentally, looking at posts from time to time on DR1, I note that many experienced ex-pats will not use cards in this country other than at the teller counter in banks. The incidence of card fraud is very high in the DR. Not only by Dominicans but by foreign professional gangs with IT expertise. Scams occur not only at point of sale or at the ATM but also somewhere during the processing.

Thanks for the feedback. I was considering the folks I just heard a place in Puerto Plata called Black Beards catered to people with very little Spanish. Reason I was leaning to DR is because it will be in Jan. Or Feb. Time which would equal woman and sunshine as opposed to just women in Germany. Have you ever been to a FKK and how would you compare that to the DR?

Germany is fucking cold at that time. Sure, life goes on as normal, but one of the advantages of the DR during those months is the very pleasant weather so he could have fun indoors or outdoors.
Food and accommodation at Blackbeards is about US $100 a day. That leaves him RD $6500 a day for sex and incidentals. One ST and one TLN per 24 hours with money left over for other expenses.
Not a generous budget (he does not have "plenty of money" as Dickhead suggests) but doable if he does not drink much. If he does drink, he would need to cut out the TLNs to save money and make it 2 x ST per day.
He could have a slightly more economical trip by going to Sosua, but I think Blackbeards is a wise choice for someone on a first trip with no Spanish. He cannot afford to buy meals and presents for chicas, and a good thing too in my opinion. Best to start off as a tightwad. He can always loosen the purse-strings later if well within budget, but harder to tighten up if he starts off by being too generous.
Even though he has a budget of US$2500 and will wisely stick to it, he needs access to further cash in the very unlikely event of some emergency (especially a medical emergency). I don't want to alarm him as 99% of trips pass off without problems, but better safe than sorry.

If he is only fucking two chicas per 24 hours, he is going to have plenty of time on his hands, and not much money for excursions or taxis to get off campus. I hope therefore he likes reading and swimming. I would suggest bringing an elementary Spanish primer. I would also suggest he starts learning Spanish now. He has five or six months to learn some common phrases and (most important) the numerals. Even a tiny bit of Spanish will lubricate things socially.

Thailand, is going to be Asian girls. Can't speak about if theres a language issue. Germany, is going to be mostly Euro girls. Again, not sure of the language issues.
If this is your first time traveling out of the country, and, you are traveling solo, Blackbeards may be the choice. You get on the plane, get off in Puerto Plata, get a taxi to Blackbeards, enjoy your stay, go back to the airport, and go home.

I'd suggest 5 to 7 days at the most, then spend a few days in Sosua. He's got 5 months, he can pick up a Spanish learning course and learn the basics before his trip.

Wow thanks for the quick an informative feedback Charles Pooter and everybody else. Because of the time of year I also feel DR is the best choice specifically Blackbeard because of my lack of Spanish. Honestly I'm not much of a drinker maybe a few drinks here and there get some for the ladies once in awhile. My budget is not tight I could bring 3000 I said 2500 because I thought 180 a day would be plenty. Around 50 for ST and 80 LT still leaves me with 50 dollars for food and drink. Remaining 700 is hotel for the trip. Only bummer is I'm in Canada and our dollar was on par with the USA Just 3 years ago now it's a measly. 76 . Nevertheless this is something I hope will be fun and would love any tips or feedback!

You should definitely visit Germany eventually. But Germany in January is a bad idea. Think Michigan.
January is a great time to visit Thailand. You may encounter some racial bias, but not anything insurmountable with some effort. Think about it from their point of view. They live in a racial homogeneous country. Their ideas of African Americans are from movies, what gets reported in the news, and American GI's on leave, partying in Thailand. BTW, you will encounter the same bias from men. Except for England, there are no countries as diverse as the US. You will probably encounter some initial lookover everywhere you go. But if you smile, chat and show that you are a normal guy, and that you have money, most of the time the tension just disappears.
Especially if you have never been, the northern coast of DR in January is a great vacation. Fun and sun. Lots of outdoor type things to do. Its close to the US. Its the cheapest Caribbean destination (after Haiti). Lots of night time fun to be had. I don't know how long you have, but I would recommend staying at BB until you get bored, then move on to Sosua or Cabarete. The DR is cheap enough that you can make decisions about hotels on the fly. And don't listen to all the "rookie" banter. That's just nonsense. As for language, you'll have lots more fun if you can speak spanish, but its not essential. Pick up a phrase book or study the appendix section in Lonely Planet and you'll be fine. Green is the only important language, for anything. Also, with your $2500 budget, the DR is your best option.

You will think you are in heaven surrounded by dozens of hot naked ladies and just having to point and beckon seconds before pounding a juicy orifice.

Thailand is off the list. DR was my main choice because it's closer it's cheap and it's warmer. I don't have a preference in woman I enjoy Spanish and black girls I would see in DR thick and slim and would enjoy Germany as well. I plan on doing annual trips but I wanted my first trip to be memorable and FKK or Blackbeard will def be where I go.

Sunny, warm, short flight, cheap food and lodging. Ssmall central area where all the action happens, bars, clubs, restaurants, music, lots of beautiful and cheap girls, and you don't have to look for them, they find you.

As for Thailand they love Blacks from american, I know Thai women and Filipino (Angeles City Philippines) do not like Indians, Malayasians, Africans (Nigerians) because they are known to be cheap and sometimes disrespectful. So if your dark skin, they might think your African and you might not get play. But once you talk with your American accent, the girls will go wild. The girls love hip hop culture, when you go to the bar all they play is hip-hop music. As for Germany, I never been but will like to go someday, all I keep hearing about is the FKKs.
