Another important point is the time at which the bird arrives. If it's too late (after 10 pm) then the lobby will mostly be empty and higher chance for the receptionist to ask for the bird's ID. If the lobby is a bit crowded then there is almost no chance for the staff to ask for the bird's ID when you meet her in the lobby and take her to the room. I usually check-in at least 1 hour before the bird arrives.
I'll DM you the list of Star hotels that I usually choose for mongering.
Regarding your new find in the dating website. A 20 year old who claims to have no ID? Not even a digital copy in her phone? If her parents have locked up her IDs then try asking her to bring a digital copy in her phone. Just for safety. If she refuses then avoid her. It's not worth taking the risk. It's impossible for a 20 year old to not have an ID with her.

But some people may not want to be seen with the bird in public places. In such cases the only option is. When the girl comes, she should provide her ID in the reception and mention the room number, then the receptionist will call you in your room's telephone to confirm, then they'll give the bird a separate key card and send her to your room. She can't come directly to your room because most of the star hotels require a key card for lift access.
My favourite method is to meet her in the lobby and then take her to the room.
