A fair positive and negative review of 116
This is a fair review, both good and bad.
The bad is the appearance, and the ventilation. Going in looks like the opposite of the JW Marriott -- it is not friendly to Americans, Gringos, English speakers, and the White Man's Burden. Upstairs, everyone smokes. In contrast to 4 x4 where there is no smoking, it is not friendly to the average white dude from the States.
That said, if your goal is to fuck a hot young woman, then this is a must know, go to place before and after 4 x 4 etc. If you go at the afternoon before 5, you will get fewer girls in selection, and if you go after 4 x4 at 23 h, you will find many more hoars, and have a higher BBFS rate. In fact, there are super hot morenas. They do not have to fuck you, and many will blow you off because they have some regular who buys them cheap beers and cigarettes, but you will find Latinas and negras and mulatas of real porn star quality.
