If you are popping in at 2/3 am and lady is presentable no issues, just keep handy couple of INR 100 bills.

At the most they can do is ask you (most of the the time decently) to take the girl away. Just try to cook up some story like she is here to collect some package. Is your long lost college friend / relative who is here to meet you after a long time. Etc. And if they don't buy that than you shouldn't argue with them. Just take girl to another place. There always another hotels nearby.

To develope trust you first have to spend money on some fr's I. E fuck reports and share your contacts. That takes time but thats the way things flow.
