Not sure what assurance looks like, if your concern is can you get laid in Dubai, the answer is yes you can and its pretty straight forward. You are not necessarily going to be running into WG's middle of the day at the average business hotel, you may see them in the evenings. Outside of clubs you will need to initiate contact, don't expect to be sitting in the lounge and next thing she has your zipper down doing the biz. Not sure it works like that anywhere.
I don't know the Voco but believe it is on SZR. Walk down to the crowne plaza in the evening, plenty of action there. Otherwise as has been written on this forum, Ayoush cafe which is near WTC. Failing that grab a cab and make your way to one of Ratskys. CinCin, Regal, Moscow, etc etc.

Get it into your head that she is a nice person but also a sex worker. Offer her a weekly stipend, perhaps US $1000/ wk, and have her move in with you. Agree that she will work in the MP for X hours having sex with clients or, if she is a bar girl, she will service clients from 10 am to 6 pm (or whatever) but every night she will spend the entire night with you and included is as much sex as you can manage. Cover fee of 100 (or 150?) with one drink at weekends when it's usually fully packed. Great in-house live band most of the time. Free entry / happy hour if you arrive before 8 pm, I think.
