Much better than most places I've been. I would make a little investment in a Colombian Cupid membership a month before I went. Make contact with any that catches you eye. Text them, get their whatsapp number and set everything up. Right down to what services expected and how much. There are other sights, but this has worked like a charm for me in Medellin. Parque LLeras is a nice place to stay in the Poblado neighborhood of Medellin. Parque Lleras is hoping at night and you can pick up chicas right off the street. I think its a pretty safe place to stay. If you are more hard core, you can look at Centro. Taxi's are cheap and can take you anywhere. The chicas will come to you if you ask. Everyone I contacted did. You just need to give them a little taxi money to defray the costs.

Again, I can't comment on Sosua or Tijuana, but Medellin is top notch, you will be happy if you choose to go there. I know a great guide in Medellin. He can show you the city and surrounding areas if you like to explore. I love to monger, but I do love to explore the local cultures while I'm there. Get out and do the things that tourist don't do and experience it like a local as much as you can.

Luna Lunera or Fase II. Price is about the same in either, bigger selection in Fase II. La Isla if you just have too much money to spend.

Casas / Massage. Secret Spa is a waste of time. Abydos appears to be closed. Try Energy or Tantra. For casas, New Life has the best facilities and usually the biggest lineup. Sexy Amigas has some quality girls. Haven't been in the others recently.

Freelance at Lleras. Most of the clubs will have freelancers, especially late Friday and Saturday nights. You can also find several working the park and the surrounding streets.

You're going to be hit or miss with the girls from ad sites. Facebook is a better option.

When one expires, I move all contacts to the phone, then back to the new one. I keep many SIM cards, one from each country I visit, in the plastic envelopes where I also keep the remaining local currency for the next travel or for never, one envelope for each country.
