It made no sense to go to Germany for an FKK visit during this time because the clubs were shut down, quarantine requirements, etc. And even though it was relatively easier to go to Brazil, still clubs also closed there, line-ups suffered, etc. [B]Not to mention that Brazil had the second worse COVID outbreak in the entire world[/B], convincing those with concerns regarding their health that perhaps they should not go to Brazil for awhile. At least not until things looked more like normal. Yes, yes that little pandemic known as COVID-19 that slowed the world down for a couple of years! Let us acknowledge that shall we, and the real impact it has had on the ability / willingness to travel abroad. Believe it or not, but some guys think that some things (like their health), are more important than traveling abroad to go bareback with a prostitute. And lastly, I'm not obligated to explain to anyone why I will choose one over the other (Brazil or Germany) and exactly when I will travel in 2022. That's my personal business / decision alone to make.

What if you're not a local, or can't even really pretend to be one because your stay is going to be relatively short? What do you do then Vagabundo? You only have so many days, maybe you're going to go to multiple cities. Your approach is inflexible and doesn't work for everybody, including telling newbies that they should stay in Barra de Tijuca during their very first trip to Rio LOL! I haven't seen a single seasoned Brazil monger agree with you on that one. Not one. And I know one very seasoned Rio monger (to remain unnamed) who decided to try Transmerica upon your advice who wasn't, shall we say, too taken with the place. So even for a seasoned guy, it didn't work. It's almost as if you have a piece of that Transamerica building or something.

But if BA has declined as everyone says, then I can't imagine anyone choosing it over Brasil.
Even with Help gone, Rio is still a world-class destination for our hobby. And of course, Sao Paulo is a very short flight away.

And I root for Brazil over Argentina in soccer too ha!

Percentage wise I banged more hot women in Argentina than any other country.
I used to think that Brazilians were the most soccer crazy people in the world until I went to Argentina. I remember one Sunday I happened to be in BA when there was a soccer match between Boca Juniors and River Plate; the city was like a war zone with military hardware on the streets. I have never seen in person anything like it in my life. I too root for Brazil over Argentina.

In fact, you do see these reports that taking girls out for a short trip. They are there, they just pay more. There is nothing stopping you from doing the same. If you go to 4x4 every weekday and take 2 numbers each day, by Friday you have 10 numbers for weekend.

We know this person has a very wide comfort zone. He could very well move into a sketchy part of centro and feel at home. You can't use him to compare to a complete newbie.
If my targets mostly live in Transamerica building, then I will stay there so there is a good reason. I have researched the area and I probably will end up near posto 1.
There is a report talking about how sketchy the an area is and girls don't want to step out of the taxi, but in the same post raving about how nice a restaurant is, how much the girl liked it. Well, the irony is the restaurant is right next to the same area full of SWs and probably half of them are not females.

Long time lurker of this site, staying in the shadows. Met some ISGers in Rio and thought it was cool seeing guys stick together, share intel, becoming friends, etc. So it's time I post. If anyone's in Rio and would like to hang out at monger or regular spots together, let me know. Been here for a month. I'll be in and out between Rio / Medellin / ny. Enjoying the single / monger life now, but my heart tells me I probably won't stay single forever as I do eventually want a serious relationship with a girl from overseas. Kids in few yrs. I know once that happens, it'll likely be harder to mess with other women, unless she's cool with an open relationship. Unlikely so I'm enjoying as much as I can now!
