They will just remove that connection between your foreskin and the dickhead. Very minor surgery compared to circumcision.

Don't know any better solution other than circumcision. I used to have this problem years back and one day when I inserted into my girlfriend, my fore skin tore a little and got healed in less than a week's time.
I was thinking of going to circumcision as it's good for hygiene and then dropped the idea as the skin started to move easily now.
As a suggestion, I would say go for circumcision.

Also sometimes the foreskin might get struck, don't panic and let the erection go way it will return to normal gradually.
