Hah, good question, but the answer is obvious - we and our girls are pariahs everywhere, even in Thailand.

I have made a quick visit to Pattaya to check things out and just as others have reported there is virtually no activity at all on the Beach at night. Only during the day. The authorities have made it quite difficult to get laid at night, whish is unfortunate as this is my preferred time.

So, at night I just sat around and watched police drive up and down the Beach, at approximately 30 minute intervals. While this was hardly a worthwhile amusement, it was free.

Ok, just a little recommendation.
Were today in Soi 6, at the "My Friend, your Bar" or similar. Had there a girl called Nit. About 30+ years old, but in good conditions. Slim, but quite curvy, but not exactly a voluptious girl I use to like. Anyway she is a 7 on the scale I would say. Good thing she provide a very good service, DFK, deep-throth without asking and anal without hesitation from her side. Cost are 700 for the girl and 300 for the room. This girl is very good in her business, I was totally happy with her service, nothing to complain and nothing to criticize.
I guess I was lucky to meet her, since she just arrived and when we are finish, she put her mobile on and had already some calles from customer.

Btw. yesterday (3rd of July) were a big parade on beach road. The people say it's because of buddha, but couldn't tell me what exactly they celebrate. Do somebody know more?
Also, they told that on 8th of (July?) is another Buddha day and than alcohol will be banned and bars closed for one day. Do somebody know more?

Should be two days next week - Tuesday and Wednesday. Great fun for tourists, and so good for business.

No idea what a "proper sex show" is but suggest you try Angel Witch off Walking Street; they have some of the classiest shows in Pattaya. The women aren't bad looking too.

Anyone know any good bars near the soapies on 2nd Road. Need a fallback postion in case I do not see anything I like at the soapies.

What I meant by 'proper sex show' is a couple i.e. male/female sex show, lesbian show, or a descent strip show.

Try U-too bar, it's between soi 3 and soi5.

On 2nd rd. there are a bunch of bars from Soi 5 on up to the bowling alley. Right after Soi 5, Pattaya Carlton Hotel, is a a complex on the left with a bunch of bars... all the way up to Big C and past... if you have time take a ride pass the Dolphin Circle to North Pattaya, Naklau there is another world of bars there. Getting back is no problem...

gentlemen, tonight at one am i witnessed a horrible sight - a lot of those scumbag farangs who volunteer as 'tourist police', plus some regular thai thugs, plus tv cameras and reporters, including one thai female and one farang female of the reporter/lesbian/feminist/missionary type, all parading down the beach at a near running speed, trying to catch the poor prostitutes. it was an unusual night - the normal 9:00-on crackdowns hadn't happened, so people were losening up, enjoying a few extra hours respite from persecution, and then suddenly came this disturbing intrusion of the forces of social control.

happily the girls have learned to be quick over the last few weeks of avoiding the brutes in brown and their massive fines or jail time, so the ole fatty mama brigade didn't seem to corner a single one as far as i saw.

oddly enough, most nights there are almost no girls at all out on either side of the beach road, and sweeps continue every 30 minutes all night. but tonight it was just this one huge cavalcade of puritanism. the girls actually crept back out within 30 minutes of its visitation, and there continued to be some girls available all night.

Sorry to ask again, but I have trouble choosing my hotel in Pattaya.

Jackmeoff has recommended some hotels to me but I haven't been able to decide myself so far.

I have checked the recommended hotels with trip advisory but couldn't find any place that would fit all my desires :

1) Close enough from the action to go there by feet, but quiet enough to be able to sleep (close form the walking district soi 9 and 10).

2) A reasonable room, with hot water, silent aircon, not too noisy & a reasonable breakfast (even though it seems very easy to have a better one outside). I'm ready to pay 1200 Baths per night.

3) A very girl friendly hotel (I've read that some hotels are not, or will "only" allow you 1 girl at a time without charge).

Do you have any recommendation that would reasonably fit my expectations ?

I've seen the Sunshine Pattaya ( [url]http://www.sunshinepattaya.com/location.html[/url] ) that looks ok, but they have some terrible reports on trip advisory ( [url]http://www.tripadvisor.fr/ShowUserReviews-g293919-d447136-r16785728-Sunshine_Hotel_Residences-Pattaya.html#CHECK_RATES_CONT[/url] ).
