Once you join one Madonna club you can use them all. I joined in Roppongi and have used the Gotanda one. Your best bet is to walk into the Gotanda one with confidence and sober. Other than that, the area to the west of Kanda Station, and between Akihabara and Ueno, have a "nightlifey" feel to them, you might be lucky but I wouldn't bet on it.I recall seeing love-hotel guidebooks (in Japanese) in bookstores, might be worth a little research; they'd be in the travel section with books on Tokyo.

I went to a Cosplay shop in shimbashi the other day. The guy out front had to ask the girl inside if it was ok for a foreigner, and it was ok. I paid 6k for 30 mins, not knowing what to expect. One facing the Imperial Palace, which will basically take you to the Imperial Palace and alot of office buildings. I do not believe there is anything close by that exit. The other side is the way you want to go. The other exit .. Marunouchi if I recall correctly, has the entertainment area with bars and massage places. I do not recall seeing any Love hotels, but they are generally around where there are bars. The Post Office and the Tokyo Station hotel are just out that exit, so you can use those as landmarks.While there are a few scam MP's on that side, I actually had a very good GFE with a Chinese girl going to one of the local universities.
